A new expression of Newfoundland cooking

An old cottage, a living table

Mallard Cottage sits in one of the oldest wooden buildings in North America, at the edge of Quidi Vidi harbour. We brine, cure, smoke, pickle and preserve what the land, the cold water and our neighbours bring to the door.
